Independent Project Manager, Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands

Andrew is an experience Project Manager with over 20 years project management experience and 30 years work experience, mainly in the retail sector where he has held a number of senior project management roles in Operations, HR, Marketing and Merchandising.  In 2004, Andrew set up as an independent project manager, working on long and short-term contracts for a range of clients in both the public and private sector.

In June 2009, he started to work for Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands on the automated pill dispenser pilot and has just started a similar pilot for North East Essex PCT.
